We at SMG are proud of our organization. Programs have been designed that help put students, schools and families above all else in such wonderful cultural and educational programs.  Similarly, we have developed a structure that has assisted and helped supervise the work experience programs to consider the effects on all host companies, communities and participating work experience individuals.  Regardless of what program SMG assists, our goal is to help bring people of the world closer together.  That is what motivates everyone at SMG to achieve in our daily work.

Student Management Group assists in the work of the following student exchange organizations:

- ASA International
- DM Discoveries
- CSB International

We are proud of the local representatives in the field whom we assist and train as well as the host companies that we help to orientate.  They are all deeply committed to bringing the message of our foreign exchange programs to all of the participants and everyone else who is deeply involved in this wonderful work.  We know that we can and do affect change within our ever-shrinking world.  The love and care that all the international reps, students, families, schools, host companies and employers display towards the stated goals of SMG are what make our organization unique and successful.

“Working together we can make a difference” is more than a slogan with words; it is why we exist.  We all know why we are involved in such a lofty and difficult mission.  That is what makes us strive for perfection.  The knowledge gained by all of the homestays, school involvement, and/or work experience affects everyone.  We thank you all for making such a worthwhile endeavor so possible.

All of the programs are carefully designed with love and attention to detail.  We are proud to say that our management team has been carefully selected to reflect balance between educators and business people at our national headquarters.  We are fully aware that such important programs require careful planning and organization as well as our care, love and attention.  We know that we can make a difference in this world by working together for a common goal.  To love what we are doing and to be involved in such special programs make all the effort and dedication well worth it.
